Features of CTDE-CF Series Convection Split-type Clean Ovens

Adopting a forced convection design, this model enables full contact between clean hot air and materials for uniform heating, boosting drying efficiency and shortening drying duration. Its drying rate is 2 to 5 times that of conventional ovens. No material turning is required throughout the drying process, which reduces labor intensity and prevents dust generation during material turning. It also features a dead-space-free design for easy cleaning and a static-dynamic split structure to ensure drying safety. The circulation system is equipped with reliable filtration protection to fully avoid cross-contamination. With an optimized control system and structure, the internal temperature difference is minimized and kept within ±2℃. This is also a patented product of Aokai Drying, with supporting documents and services provided for GMP validation.
