Applications:
This system is applicable to the heat source part which needs accurate temperature control during the drying in pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff industries.
Working Principle:
Automatic water supplement is realized by the floating ball liquid level control of the water tank, and then the water is circulated for the equipment through the hot water pump. The flowrate of the steam or electrical heating is controlled by instrument PID or PLC to make the heat exchange. In this way, the water tank temperature reaches the temperature required by process. During that period, there are multi-stage temperature control points, over temp. alarm, low water level alarm, water return protection and automatic cooling protection designed to guarantee the accuracy of the temperature .
